      Not sure what you mean here, there are a few ways to answer this…

      The heaviest naturally occurring element in Uranium (number 92)

      The most stable is iron

      The most explosive are the alkali metals: lithium, potassium, cesium and francium (arises since they have one electron that they like to give away and when they do that there is a huge amount of energy released; see my answer on lithium-water interaction)

      The least stable is francium

      So perhaps the best answer to your question is Francium
